AdsForGames is a service provided by Wavetium SL, tax ID B23857113, with registered address at Calle los Aguacateros number 33, 38419 Los Realejos, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain. It provides analysis, organization and marketing intelligence tools for video games.
2. Use of the service
Users must use AdsForGames lawfully, provide information they are authorized to use and keep their credentials secure when they have private access. Users may not interfere with the service, bypass technical controls, obtain unauthorized access or use the results to infringe third-party rights.
3. Informational data and results
Analyses are prepared from the available data and are provided for information. Sources may be incomplete, contain errors or change. AdsForGames does not guarantee completeness, permanent availability, absolute accuracy or specific commercial results. Users remain responsible for their marketing decisions and actions.
4. Comparative analysis
AdsForGames uses publicly available information and/or information supplied by third-party services and APIs to produce comparative analyses. This does not give AdsForGames access to private analytics, protected accounts or competitors' confidential information. Comparative results are indicative and depend on the quality and availability of external sources.
5. User-provided material
Users retain the rights to the data and materials they provide. By submitting them, users declare that they have sufficient authorization and grant Wavetium SL the limited permission needed to host, process and present them for the purpose of providing AdsForGames.
6. Intellectual property and third parties
Wavetium SL retains the rights to the software, design, AdsForGames brand, original text and original service results. Names, trademarks, logos, images, videos, screenshots and content from third parties remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification, reference, analysis and information where appropriate.

Some features depend on Steam/Valve, search engines, social platforms, AI providers and other APIs. These third parties may change their data, terms, limits or availability. AdsForGames may adapt, suspend or withdraw affected features when necessary.

Wavetium SL makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available and resolve incidents, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. It may carry out maintenance or suspend access in response to security risks, unlawful use or breaches. Liability will be determined under applicable law, without excluding cases that cannot legally be limited.

These terms may be updated to reflect technical, legal or service changes. The displayed date identifies the applicable version. They are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory rules, and disputes will be resolved by the competent authorities under the law.
