2. Data processed

Data provided by the user

AdsForGames may process the account name and email address, protected credentials, game and project information, Steam, website, press kit and social media URLs, press contact email, goals, markets, languages, budget ranges, notes, reviews and other settings entered in the service.

If you request a one-time analysis alert, we store your email address in encrypted form and remember whether you confirmed it. A confirmed address can be reused for later analysis alerts without another verification email. This does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Required technical data

To provide and protect the service, AdsForGames may process the IP address, date and time, browser, device, error and security logs, session identifiers and technical preferences. The private area uses a session cookie when needed to maintain access and protect requests.

Consented web analytics

Google Analytics 4 is activated only after analytical cookies are accepted. It measures use of the site and helps improve AdsForGames. The current integration does not configure the transmission of user_id, email addresses, names or form content. Google may receive technical data such as the page URL, browser or device information and cookie identifiers. You can withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings.

Public sources and APIs

Much of the analyzed information concerns video games, Steam pages, websites, social networks, media and other public sources or APIs. It is not automatically personal information about the person using AdsForGames. When a source contains data that identifies a natural person, it may constitute personal data and is processed according to the applicable purpose and law.

4. Providers, sources and recipients

Wavetium SL uses hosting and infrastructure providers required to operate the service. It also uses OpenAI for certain AI analysis features, DataForSEO for search results and Google Analytics for consented analytics. Each provider receives only the information needed for its function.

Steam/Valve, YouTube, Twitch and other websites or social platforms may act as sources of public data or APIs. Their use as a source does not by itself make them processors of AdsForGames account data.

Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Their terms, location and applicable transfer mechanisms will be considered in those cases. See the policies of Google, OpenAI, DataForSEO and Valve.

5. Retention

Data is retained while needed to provide the service, maintain the relationship and address liabilities or legal obligations. Preferences are retained until changed or no longer needed. Specific cookie periods are listed in the Cookie policy.

6. Rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction or portability of your data where applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

7. Public information, corrections and removal

If you own a game, brand, media outlet or content and wish to request the correction, update or removal of public information displayed on AdsForGames, contact infoprontopubli@gmail.com. Each request will be reviewed according to its grounds and applicable rights.
